
2025 Queen Restaurant Challenge

Teams will have the opportunity to pit their skills against each other and against the clock, competing for a share of the cash and prizes.
A total of eight (8) teams will compete over two (2) days 19 & 20 May 2025 at Melbourne Convention & Exhibition centre as part of Foodservice Australia. The teams will prepare, cook and serve a three (3) course menu for 25 guests and judges. Kitchen teams will consist of a team manager and two (2) qualified chefs & one (1) kitchenhand, International, regional and military teams are invited to take part.
Teams will be assisted with food cost to the Value of $400.00AUD. The top 3 teams will be awarded cash and prizes.
