Entries are now open for the 2025 Apprentice, Commercial Cookery & Culinary Student of the Year competition.
What’s at stake:
1st and 2nd Year winners will represent WA at the Vietnam Culinary Challenge in Saigon, 25–27 March 2026.
Overall category winners (4) will compete in the National Apprentice of the Year competition in Sydney as part of the WA Squad.
A career-defining opportunity to compete, learn and represent WA on major stages.
